CHOCOLATE ORANGE BLISS BALLS
I wish you guys were here to smell my chocolate orange bliss balls! The rich cacao and orange zest has a lovely rich scent. Choc-orange is such a delicious combo especially this time of year. The colours are so halloweeny. I love having a plate of energy balls in the fridge for snacks on the go. These ones are chocolatey enough to have as dessert too ? There’s only 4 ingredients and they take less than 10 minutes to whip up.
I’ve been using Creative Nature Superfoods cacao powder instead of cocoa in recipes. Cacao is the raw, unprocessed version of cocoa – its real chocolate! It may seem more expensive than cocoa but you actually need a lot less of it to get a rich chocolate flavour since its really intensely concentrated chocolatey goodness. Use the code ‘happyveg10’ for 10% off all products. Check out the cacao powder here http://www.creativenaturesuperfoods.co.uk/product/organic-cacao-powder/?ref=199 .
Okay, enough about CHOCOLATE, on to the recipe!
