Breakfast Banana Split
BREAKFAST BANANA SPLIT GOES VEGAN…
Breakfast banana split vegan style. Beyond delicious and oh so pretty!
How to:
- 1 banana sliced in two.
- Oats soaked in almond milk, cinnamon and maca.
- 1 kiwi sliced
- 1 scoop of coconut yoghurt mixed with acai powder
- Pumpkin seeds
- Desiccated coconut
- Pomegranate seeds
- And finished off with a choc sauce: coconut oil, agave and raw cacao melted.
Mmmm….
I picked up 3 of these banana split bowls in a charity shop for €1! I just love them.
