CHIA SEED PORRIDGE
This is my go to breakfast because it’s lightening fast to prepare and fills me up til lunch time. I love to change up the toppings every morning so I’m never bored. Variety is the spice of life 🙂

Chia Seed Porridge Recipe
Time: 3 minutes
- 3/4 cup of oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup mylk
Extras to cook in: vanilla extract, cinnamon, mashed banana, cacao powder…
Toppings: fruit, nuts, seeds, granola, coconut, nut butter, dark chocolate chunks, maple syrup…
- Place oats, liquid, chia seeds and any extras in a jug.
- Microwave for 1.5 minutes, stir then microwave for 1 minute.
- Top with whatever you’re craving and dig in!
