BREAKFAST BANANA SPLIT GOES VEGAN…

Breakfast banana split vegan style. Beyond delicious and oh so pretty!

How to:

  • 1 banana sliced in two.
  • Oats soaked in almond milk, cinnamon and maca.
  • 1 kiwi sliced
  • 1 scoop of coconut yoghurt mixed with acai powder
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Desiccated coconut
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • And finished off with a choc sauce: coconut oil, agave and raw cacao melted.

Mmmm….

I picked up 3 of these banana split bowls in a charity shop for €1! I just love them.
